The firm does not originate, underwrite, fund, service, or directly provide loans, credit facilities, or other financial products. Financing is provided solely by independent third party lenders, each of whom maintains separate underwriting standards, approval authority, and funding criteria.
The firm facilitates commercial financing transactions only and does not provide consumer financing services.
In addition to commercial finance advisory services, NextLink Capital may introduce clients to independent third party providers offering business related products and services, including but not limited to business formation services, business planning and financial projections, accounting and bookkeeping services, staffing solutions, website development, merchant services, technology solutions, intellectual property support services, and other business growth resources.
Except for referrals to independent third party intellectual property professionals, attorneys, or law firms, the resources described herein are business support services and should not be construed as legal services. NextLink Capital does not provide legal advice, patent prosecution, trademark prosecution, intellectual property legal opinions, or legal representation of any kind.
NextLink Capital does not directly perform, supervise, control, guarantee, or warrant the services provided by any third party provider unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement. Any engagement between a client and a third party provider is solely between the client and such provider and is governed by the provider's own terms, conditions, fees, and policies.
The firm may receive referral fees, marketing fees, commissions, or other compensation from certain third party providers when clients elect to engage their services. Such compensation does not increase the fees charged to the client by NextLink Capital unless otherwise disclosed in writing.
As an exception, NextLink Capital does not receive, solicit, or accept referral fees, legal fee sharing, commissions, or contingent compensation related to referrals involving patent attorneys, trademark attorneys, intellectual property attorneys, law firms, or providers of legal services. Any such referrals are made solely as a convenience to the client and without compensation to the firm.
Clients remain under no obligation to utilize any recommended provider and are free to select any service provider of their choosing.
